Practice the 20-20-20 rule

To prevent eye strains from happening, take a break from your work every 20 minutes and shift your focus to look at something else. The object should be at least 20 feet away (approximately 6 metres), and maintain your gaze at the distant object for at least 20 seconds.

Sit or stand further away

Place monitors and laptops at arm’s length. Position your monitor at eye level or slightly lower.

Keep your eyes lubricated
